- Волны распространяющейся деполяризации (РД) часто ассоциируются с эпилептическими разрядами и могут лежать в основе постиктальной депрессии. Однако факторы, определяющие возникновение РД во время эпилептических разрядов, до конца не изучены. Мы исследовали влияние возраста животных на этот феномен с помощью многоканальной регистрации электрических сигналов на разных глубинах соматосенсорной коры крыс во время генерализованных эпилептических разрядов, спровоцированных ингаляцией флуротила. Было обнаружено, что у молодых 1–2-месячных крыс РД сопровождали эпилептическую активность почти в половине случаев. Однако у незрелых (до 3 недель) и взрослых (старше 3 месяцев) крыс РД наблюдались крайне редко. Во всех возрастах РД возникали в поверхностных слоях коры и распространялись сверху вниз в более глубокие слои. Однако глубина проникновения РД также зависела от возраста, причем у молодых животных РД распространялись глубже, чем у незрелых и взрослых животных. Таким образом, склонность к РД во время флуротиловых судорог имеет колоколообразный возрастной профиль с наибольшей частотой возникновения РД и более глубоким распространением РД у молодых животных. Наши результаты свидетельствуют о том, что возраст является важным фактором, определяющим возникновение РД и ее свойства во время эпилептических разрядов в коре головного мозга.
